With Christ in the School of Prayer (Deluxe Gift Edition)

With Christ in the School of Prayer is Andrew Murray’s classic invitation to learn prayer at the feet of Jesus. Written as a series of thirty-one lessons, this updated edition guides readers from the disciples’ request—“Lord, teach us to pray”—into a fuller life of worship, faith, obedience, intercession, and communion with the Father.

Murray does not treat prayer as a mere spiritual discipline or emergency duty. He presents it as the central work of the Christian life—the “root and strength” of all service, the channel through which believers take hold of God’s promises, and the means by which Christ’s ongoing intercession is shared with His people.

Practical, devotional, and deeply biblical, each chapter opens a passage of Scripture, unfolds a principle of prayer, and ends with a prayerful response. Readers who long for greater confidence before God, deeper fellowship with Christ, and renewed power in intercession will find a trustworthy guide in these pages.

This modernized edition preserves Murray’s timeless message while making his teaching accessible to today’s Christians who want more than routine prayer—they want to be taught by Christ Himself.
