    “The Forging” tells the story of the Constitutional Convention and the debates that took place in the forging of the U.S. Constitution. The comic book is narrated by the famous black preacher Richard Allen who started the first African-American church in Philadelphia in 1787 - the same year and the same city where the Constitution was being created.
