Have you ever felt guilty about not exercising?

Do you find yourself jumping from one program to the next because it was either too hard or too boring?

Whether you are still a beginner at exercise or thrive on the challenge of intense workouts, Move for Joy: Fitness for Your Physical and Spiritual Well-Being will help you break the frustrating cycle of continually starting and stopping an exercise program. Instead, you can shift your focus from making rigid plans to making the delightful discovery of what brings you genuine joy in movement.

Written by a personal trainer and health coach, this book blends practical coaching tools with a faith-based perspective to help you understand what truly motivates you. Rather than striving for unattainable or superficial standards, you can adapt a flexible and sustainable fitness program that supports your life, how you were made to move, and what you enjoy. Through Move for Joy, you can:

• Release the guilt of not being “disciplined enough”

• Take the Five Fitness Motivators quiz to discover the intuitive approach that works best for you

• Recognize that healthy fitness is for all body types

• Keep consistent while listening to your body and allowing yourself flexibility and variety

• Be empowered to change your exercise plan for any season of life

When you align your fitness with how God made you and plant it in the joy found in Jesus, working out will no longer be a chore but a way to experience your life to the full.
